Habits are sometimes compulsory. The process by which new behaviors become automatic is habit formation. Old habits are hard to break and new habits are hard to form because the behavioral patterns we repeat are imprinted in our neural pathways, but it is possible to form new habits through repetition.

This is a great step in yo life bro. I love the idea and most times I imagine the genius in you and think that there is alot of hot magma down there,the pressure is enough to make it erupt but why the dormancy????? but of course persistence breaks resistance I am sure Uganda is gonna feel the heat blowing out of yo frames so soon. thanks great idea just like yo allias.
